Measurement Announcement
All measurements are taken when skirt or bottom is laid flat on level surface, across the waist and length of pants or shorts.
Example: if your personal measurement is 26 inches (waist), a pair of pants with a 13 inches (waist) will fit you extremely well.
Do note that the waistband of a pair of shorts or pants is stretchable whenever you see measurements noted with “stretched”.
